John G. McCutcheon | President & CEO
John has 27 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience in medical devices. John started his career at American Hospital Supply (acquired by Baxter International) and has spent the past 20 years at start-ups, including DVI (acquired by Eli Lily), Perclose (acquired by Abbott Laboratories), Emphasys Medical (acquired by Pulmonx) and Ventus Medical. He has served on numerous Boards including Emphasys Medical, Ventus Medical, Disc Dynamics, Zeltiq (ZLTQ), Advanced Stent Technologies (acquired by Boston Scientific) and LuMend (acquired by Johnson & Johnson). John holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Rich Ferrick | VP Regulatory Affairs / Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer
Rich has over 25 years of quality assurance and regulatory affairs experience. Prior to joining Ceterix, Rich was Vice President of RA/QA at Pulmonx and Emphasys Medical. He also has been employed at Perclose, Spectranetics and USCI (Bard) in various engineering and management positions. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Bob Haggerty | VP of Sales & Marketing
Bob has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Ceterix, Bob was Vice President of Global marketing at Covidien’s GI Solutions division, and was Vice President of Sales for Barrx Medical. He was a Director of Sales at ACMI and at Boston Scientific. Bob started his career at Procter & Gamble. He received a BS in Business for Wake Forest University.
Michael Hendricksen | VP of Research & Development and Manufacturing
Michael has over 15 years of engineering and product development experience. Prior to joining Ceterix, Michael was Vice President of R&D at The Foundry, NewCo XI. He was Director of R&D at Emphasys Medical, R&D Manager at Cardica, Inc., and Mechanical Design Engineer at IDEO. Michael is a co-inventor on over 50 issued and pending U.S. patents. He received an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
